This site collects the information needed to run Julia Sandstorm's mailing list, guestlist pools, private fan media intake, basic visitor analytics, and admin tools.

Visitor analytics

We use a first-party cookie named js_visitor to count visits and understand pages, countries, referrers, UTM campaign parameters, viewport size, timezone, and broad browser information. IP addresses and visitor IDs are stored as salted hashes where practical.

Country lookup uses trusted hosting/proxy headers first. When configured, the server may send an IP address to IPinfo Lite to infer country. The token is never exposed in browser code.

Mailing list and guestlist pools

Mailing list signups include email, name, self-reported country, signup page, referrer, inferred visitor country, and show-alert context when you join from an event prompt. Email is sent through Resend. Guestlist pools collect name, email, country, selected event, status, and timestamps.

Fan media uploads

The private share page stores your name, email, event/context notes, rights confirmation, file metadata, and uploaded files in Specific-managed Postgres and S3-compatible storage. Uploads are private unless Julia Sandstorm's team approves them for internal, artist, archive, social, or promotional use.

Retention and requests

We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and artist archive needs. You can request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out by contacting hello@juliasandstorm.com.
